Precision Drywall Execution

This finish phase exemplifies our ability to deliver large-scale interior projects under tight timelines without compromising craftsmanship. Our team successfully installed more than 3,500 square feet of drywall in a single day — equivalent to 150 full 8-foot sheets — across a wide, high-ceilinged structure. The scale of the project required not only manpower but also meticulous planning, equipment coordination, and precise execution. Every sheet had to be measured, cut, and installed with alignment to the wall studs and joists, ensuring that seams, corners, and transitions remained flush and smooth. From framing inspection to post-installation cleanup, each step was handled with the level of care and professionalism that Recinos Construction is known for.

Built for Scale and Speed

What makes this project especially noteworthy is the combination of vertical complexity and operational efficiency. With a ceiling height exceeding typical residential or light commercial standards, we deployed a combination of scaffolding towers, A-frame ladders, and power lifts to access and safely install materials at elevation. The entire workflow was pre-mapped to minimize downtime and material handling, allowing our team to move swiftly and methodically through each stage of the process. Lighting was optimized throughout the space to ensure visibility, especially important in ceiling work and alignment at height. Our crew was split into zones, with clear responsibilities assigned — one group handled cutting and measuring, another prepped wall surfaces, and a third managed final mounting. This synchronized approach allowed us to maintain our high production pace while also minimizing mistakes and rework.

Finish Work that Lasts

Drywall installation is more than just mounting sheetrock — it’s the final structural canvas upon which the rest of the project takes shape. A poor drywall job can affect everything from paint adhesion to acoustic performance and even energy efficiency. That’s why we take finish work seriously. For this client, we focused on creating a durable, even wall surface that would support long-term usability and aesthetic upgrades. Our team also paid special attention to thermal and sound control, ensuring that the insulation was correctly retained behind each sheet and that fasteners were evenly distributed for lasting hold. Whether it's a residential renovation or a commercial-scale build like this one, our promise is the same: we deliver results that are clean, strong, and built to stand the test of time.
