With a ceiling height exceeding typical residential or light commercial standards, we deployed a combination of scaffolding towers, A-frame ladders, and power lifts to access and safely install materials at elevation. The entire workflow was pre-mapped to minimize downtime and material handling, allowing our team to move swiftly and methodically through each stage of the process. Lighting was optimized throughout the space to ensure visibility, especially important in ceiling work and alignment at height. Our crew was split into zones, with clear responsibilities assigned — one group handled cutting and measuring, another prepped wall surfaces, and a third managed final mounting. This synchronized approach allowed us to maintain our high production pace while also minimizing mistakes and rework.
